Battlefield 3 Producer Fills in as DICE CEO

Battlefield 3 executive producer Patrick Bach will take over as temporary CEO of DICE for the next four months. Current CEO Karl Magnus Troedsson will be away on paternity leave during the period, which, according to Bach, is in accordance with a DICE policy that encourages new parents to spend time with their children. “I think it is a bit unique at a big company, and certainly in the gaming industry, but we want the people working at DICE to see their job as a long time investment,” Bach told MCV
